Our canopies are compatible with both metal building wall panels and masonry structures, making them a flexible choice for new construction and retrofit projects. Our canopies can be installed over doors from standard walk door widths to oversized roll-up dock doors.

A steel canopy is a fixed overhead cover designed to protect personnel doors and other building openings (e.g. roll up dock doors) from weather while providing durable performance in commercial and industrial buildings.
Standard sizes include 4′-6″ for single doors and 7′-6″ for double doors, with projections of 3′, 4′, and 5′. Custom lengths up to 10′ are available. Can be mulled together for longer continuous runs.

3/4″ diameter galvanized pipe hangers with adjustable rod ends, and 16 ga telescoping support channels that mount behind the wall panel between girts (up to 6’-0”). All necessary clips and fasteners are included.
An integral gutter with rear mounted drains is standard; front mounted drains are available as an option. Downspouts are also available.
Galvalume steel, silicone polyester, Kynar®, powder coat, and custom color matching are offered. You can specify a single color or two tone (contrasting gutter/fascia and soffit). Yes. Wet rated LED lights from a low profile flat lens (approximately 780 lumens, 4000K, 50,000 hour life) can be added, and LED retrofit kits are available for existing canopies. ENERGY STAR-certified luminaire contains no mercury or lead. Precision molded lens features high transmission polymer with UV stabilized protecting film. Fixture mounted in soffit of canopy and sealed to top-mounted junction box. Electrical contractor must ensure of fit, wiring and proper mounting in the electrical junction box. This includes all applicable national and local codes.
